11.2

RRS P 3 is modified as to read, “If a boat has been protested for the first time under RRS P1 and the race committee signals a postponement, general recall or abandonment, the penalty from her first protest is cancelled, but the protest is counted to determine the number of times she has been protested during the series.  If a boat has been protested for the second time under RRS P1 and the race committee signals a postponement, general recall or abandonment, the boat shall not sail in this race, if it is restarted or resailed.  If the race is abandoned the boat shall not sail in the next race.  If she fails to do so, she shall be disqualified without a hearing and her score shall not be excluded.  If a boat has been protested for the third time under RRS P1 and the race committee signals a postponement, general recall or abandonment, RRS P 2.3 applies”.
