TERMS OF ENTRY
The Largs Sailing Club, International; Laser UK Class Association, the Royal Yachting Association, the International Laser Class Association and their officers, members and volunteers do not accept liability for loss of life or property, or personal injury or damage caused by or arising out of the 2004 Laser Masters European Championship, and that I take part in the championship entirely at my own risk.
I agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing and the International Laser Class Rules as amended by the sailing instructions and the official race notices.
I confirm that I am of good health and a competent sailor capable of sailing a Laser in strong winds, and it is my sole responsibility to decide to participate in a race or to continue racing.
I understand and accept that I am wholly and exclusively responsible for third party liability insurance on the boat that I am sailing and for my personal accident and health insurance.

**Payment of entry fee for international participation can be made onsite, provided the competitor has entered and sent the completed entry form to be received by the entry closing date.  International competitors who enter on site without having forwarded completed entry form by the entry closing date will be charged the late entry fee.
