Euro Masters Series 2010

The Laser Euro Masters Series is a series of regattas run through-out the year in Europe. It is open to sailors aged 35 and over and to all three rigs: Laser Standard, Laser Radial & Laser 4.7. Fierce competition on the water paired with great apres-sail friendship and banter off the water make the Euro Master Series regattas popular events on the European sailing calendar.

The 2009 series attracted 600 competitors. Why not join us in our beautiful sailing venues in 2010 and experience the Euro Masters Series for yourself, show off your sailing skills, learn some new tricks and have a great time on and off the water.

Euro Masters Series News

EMS Spain Cancelled: Due to severe weather conditions the Euro Masters Series regatta in Calella de Palafrugell Spain, scheduled to be held from 11th to 14th March, has been cancelled . A snow storm has affected the electricity supply as well as services and access to the area, forcing the organizing committee  to cancel the regatta.

EMS 2010 kick-off in Antibes: The 2010 Euro Masters series kicked off with Antibes, France. It was predominantly light winds and sunny periods for the 78 sailors. In the Laser Standard Rig, French Apprentice Master Xavier Leclair took the regatta win, while in the Laser Radial rig, 2009 Radial Grand Master winner Wolf-Peter Niessen had a great start to the year in the Great Grand Master rig, claiming the regatta win.
