The Laser Campaign Manual - Ben Ainslie
During his quest for Olympic Medals Ben was reluctant to share his secrets. Now you can see video footage of him on the CD which comes with the book. The video clips, with a commentary by Ben, complement the chapters on starting, tacking, gybing, beating, reaching, and running.
