The Laser Masters’ Series begins today at the Spanish Costa Brava with in total 115 participants in various age categories (from the age of 35 up) on the Laser Standard and Radial entry lists. Olympic medalists such as José-Luis Doreste ESP and Miguel Noguer ESP, the past Finn World Champion Wolfgang Gerz GER or Starboat European Champion Michael Nissen GER will be on the starting line.
The “Oldies” will encounter rough conditions today, as the Wind-Prognosenwind forecast[/URL] predicts 16-22 kn with gusts of up to 30 kn.
