As most of us Laser sailors are at home for the foreseeable future due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, ILCA and SailCoach are teaming up to bring you free Zoom coaching webinar classes starting in April 2020. The SailCoach coaching classes by remote learning hopes to provide Laser sailors with free coaching input over the coming months.
The webinar discussions will feature a range of sailing-specific content delivered by the SailCoach coaching staff, expert sessions on a variety of sailing specific topics for Laser sailors, including strength and conditioning workouts.
