2022 ILCA U21 World Championships – Day 2

Vilamoura, Portugal – No races were completed today at the 2022 ILCA U21 World Championships, due to lack of wind. The race committee waited until 15:00 to send the sailors out, but once on the water, the wind picked up to about 7 knots and was too shifty to hold a steady successful race. AP over A was displayed, and the fleets went back ashore. The scoreboard remains the same as yesterday.

Three races are scheduled for tomorrow with the first warning signal at 14:00. There is also a paella dinner party planned for the sailors tomorrow after racing.
